How do my massages work?

1) When booking any massage, it is always possible to discuss individual needs.

2) Together, we will determine the intensity of the massage. You can also choose a specific part of the body to focus on.

3) You can choose the whole body or a specific part (back, lower limbs, etc.).

4) If you choose a full body massage, I would personally recommend a 90-minute session. This will give me more time to focus on individual areas more precisely.
